Amman: The President of Middle East University, Prof. Salam Al-Mahadin, convened with the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Amman, Prof. Mohammed bin Khazeem Al-Shammari, with the objective of exploring avenues for the enhancement of academic and research collaboration between the two institutions.
At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by the Vice President, Prof. Ahmad Al-Louzi, and the Director of the Legal Department, Prof. Anis Al-Mansour, Prof. Al-Mahadin stated that the university is dedicated to advancing its standing in the realm of international accreditations and rankings, as these indices reflect the institution’s commitment to enhancing the quality of its educational offerings.
In response, the Saudi Cultural Attaché, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shammari, commended the pivotal role that MEU plays in developing higher education pathways and enriching the academic landscape in the region.
The meeting included a presentation that outlined the academic history of Middle East University, emphasising the qualities that have established it as a leading Jordanian and Arab university. Additionally, the presentation addressed the university’s strategies for recruiting highly qualified academic and administrative professionals, as well as its advanced educational services and supportive infrastructure. These elements have been thoughtfully designed to enhance the quality of the educational process and achieve integration between academic excellence and comprehensive development, in alignment with the highest international standards.
