Amman: The Faculty of Business at Middle East University participated in the launch of the Financial Awareness Promotion Platform, under the patronage of the Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan, Dr. Adel Sharkas.
The event was marked by the presence of notable figures, including Bassem Al-Salem, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Banking Association, Dr. Maher Al-Mahrouk, Director General of the Banking Association, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Shami, Director General of the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait.
The university was represented by Dr. Mohammed Othman, a faculty member at the Faculty of Business, in the presence of a group of general managers of local and international Jordanian banks.
Mainly, the event focused on introducing a platform to promote financial awareness as an innovative tool to enhance financial literacy and economic culture among various segments of society, with a focus on the youth as the power of the future.
Additionally, it showcased how the platform provides an integrated set of services, including answering questions related to modern financial and technological issues, with the aim of empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions that contribute to improving their daily lives.
