Amman: The Volunteering Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs at Middle East University has organised a pioneering student initiative, titled ‘Ta’azar,’ in cooperation with the Charity Clothing Bank of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Commission.
The initiative focused on organising student visits to the Charity Clothing Bank to prepare boxes dedicated to winter clothing, in an effort to support impoverished families during the harsh winter season.
The students demonstrated remarkable commitment and dedication, categorising and packing winter and summer clothes, as well as clothes for men, women, and children, into shipping boxes to meet the needs of 50 needy families.
The Charity Clothing Bank commended the students for their active role in achieving the initiative’s objectives and their efforts that contributed to providing support to families in need.
