Amman: Middle East University (MEU) has signed two collaboration agreements with the Royal Hospital to train students from the Faculties of pharmacy and Nursing after a minimum of 100 hours of study.
The collaborative agreements complement the university’s plans to prepare students to be skilled practitioners who provide high-quality care to their patients through a combination of classroom teaching and hands-on clinical experience.
The two agreements were signed by the university’s legal advisor, Prof. Dr. Anis Al-Mansour, in the presence of the Deans of the Faculties of Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Nursing: Prof. Dr. Amjad Abu Armileh, Dr. Anas Al Ashram, and Dr. Samira Al Habashneh, in the presence of faculty members, and the hospital’s General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mohammed Al-Qaza’a, in the presence of the relevant managers.
The agreements aim to advance students’ skills in clinical reasoning, problem solving, and learning how to adapt their treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
