Amman: The President of Middle East University, Prof. Salam Al-Mahadin, accompanied by a delegation from the university, visited the medical laboratory network Medlab in a gesture that reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with leading institutions in the health sector.
In the presence of specialists, the delegation was welcomed by Dr. George Zion, Chief Scientific Officer of MEDLAB, who praised the visit as a framework for strengthening cooperation between the two entities.
The visit underscores the value of collaboration between academic institutions and the healthcare sector to ensure the development of a skilled workforce to meet the evolving demands of the medical industry.
In addition, it was an opportunity to explore potential areas of joint cooperation. There was a particular focus on the importance of providing advanced training tracks for university students in a professional environment equipped with the latest laboratory technologies.
Moreover, it included a field tour at MedLabs’s facilities, where the university delegation was briefed on the advanced technical capabilities of the laboratory.
